1. Guest Check-In Policy:
   • All guests checking in must carry a valid Government-issued ID proof for verification. Acceptable identification proofs include Aadhaar Card, Driver’s License, Voters Card, Passport, or Ration Card.
   • Guests without valid Government ID will not be allowed to check-in.

2. Food Arrangement Policy:
   • Guests have access to a shared kitchen to prepare small meals or specific purposes.
   • Our in-house restaurant offers delectable North Indian and Continental cuisines for breakfast and dinner. Enjoy a sumptuous buffet dinner or opt for our table service during your stay.
   • Outside food is not allowed within the homestay premises to ensure quality and hygiene standards.

3. Smoking and Alcohol Consumption Policy:
   • Smoking is allowed within the premises of Eden View Homestay.
   • There are no restrictions on alcohol consumption. However, we kindly request guests to drink responsibly and respect the tranquility of other guests.

4. Pet Policy:
   • Pets are allowed at Eden View Homestay.
   • Guests intending to bring their pets must inform us in advance to make necessary arrangements for a pet-friendly accommodation.

5. Unmarried Couples Policy:
   • Unmarried couples are not allowed to share accommodations, as per local regulations and cultural norms.

6. Private Parties and Events Policy:
   • Eden View Homestay does not allow private parties or events to maintain a serene and peaceful atmosphere for all guests.

7. Rights of Admission:
   • The right of admission to Eden View Homestay is reserved with the management.
   • The management reserves the right to deny check-in if guests do not comply with the policies and regulations set forth.

8. Refund Policy for Denied Check-In:
   • In the event of denial of check-in due to non-compliance with rules and policies, no refund will be applicable.
